Happy and calm teens are able to stay resilient despite challenges. The Medha Yoga level 1 focuses on just that: to make teens stress free and happy yet focused go-getters. The program helps participants overcome negative emotions and deal with stress through special breathing techniques. With tips and group discussions around topics like studies, peer pressure and self esteem, the program guides them on how to unleash their full potential. In addition, important life skills like teamwork and cooperation are honed through interactive processes.
